The Client Portal is the meeting place where marketing information, promotions, statistics and follow up actions all come together. Make sure you capitalize on your exhibition participation. With just one username and password you will have access to all services offered on your own Web page.
Once you log on you find a surveyable list of all exhibitions in which you participated or which you plan to attend in the future.
The Client Portal allows you to do the following:
• find reports about your total exhibition participation and e-mail campaigns
• send digital invitations to your business relations
• find out how many of digital invitations were actually opened
• find out who pre-registered on your name
• select and download files with profiles of your visitors
• find out how many paper invitations you ordered
• compare the results of your marketing promotions to those of your colleagues
• measure response to your marketing initiatives
• download your personal preregistration link to place on your website
• fill out your catalogue information
• fill out your press information
• send after sales e-mails
• compose a complete report (including diagrams) on your exhibition participation
