Over zijn keynote sessie zegt Paul:
'Even more than other segments of the IT industry today, storage is exposed to severe transformational pressure. This is most apparent in the areas of scale, robustness, complexity, compliance, power consumption and their overall resulting vector, TCO. As traditional file systems are increasingly unable to deal with the massive growth of unstructured/multimedia content both in the enterprise and on the internet, entirely new storage models are needed. Clustered object storage and flat address spaces are emerging as the answer of choice. A new vision and strategy are presented for the evolutionary incorporation of these private clouds into the enterprise infrastructure.'
